John Donnelly has built a reputation across North America for developing standout music, entertainment, and media properties, which draw from over 25 years of experience and quality relationships.

As an independent producer of concerts and events, John Donnelly has developed many widely known & respected properties including 3 Celebration Sites at the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympic Games, 5 major festival properties for City of Surrey, a new summer concert series in North Vancouver, numerous corporate events and awards shows.

SARAH SHANDL

Sarah Shandl is a west coast girl at heart. Born and raised on the North Shore and encapsulating the Vancouver spirit of balancing a love of beauty and business, Sarah brings her strong work ethic and music industry background to Donnelly & Associates. A graduate of Trinity Western University with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Communications, Sarah has been involved in the music industry in a number of facets over the years, from live performance, booking, management, marketing, publicity, and tour management.

In addition to multiple touring stretches across Canada and the USA she has been involved in the Canadian Idol Top 3 tour, JUNO Awards, Canadian Country Music Awards, Surrey 2010 Winter Celebration Site, Western Canadian Music Awards, and Creation Music Festival. Sarah also runs White Tide Entertainment which assists independent artists in understanding and executing the business side of art.

SHANNON DURRANT

Production Manager

Shannon Durrant has been with the Donnelly & Associates team for 5 years.  She has played an integral role in several high profile and large-scale events including: Surrey 2010 Celebration Site, Surrey Fusion Festival, Surrey Canada Day, 2009 JUNO Festival, Western Canadian Music Awards, 2009 World Police & Fire Games and Virgin Festival.  Shannon’s responsibilities include production management, contract administration and artist coordination.

CASEY-JO LOOS

Casey-Jo Loos is excited to join Donnelly & Associates as their new Marketing Manager. Casey  joins the team with a background in Media & Television, Community Relations, Social Media, Health & Wellness, and photography. She worked for three years for CTV Vancouver Island in Community Relations and Promotions.

She is proud to have worked for Live Nation during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. The biggest risk she took was running away to be on a reality show for Much Music in hopes to become their next VJ in 2006. In addition to her role with Donnelly, Casey has worked as a Part Time Community Host for Canucks TV. She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher with a love of inspiration and a passion for people. In her personal time, Casey loves the ocean, live music, meditation, sports, enjoying the community of Vancouver, and playing the saxophone.

ARLENE VICCTO

Arlene has a well-rounded background in logistics, accounting and office management and is a recent graduate of the Event Management Program. Arlene worked on the Vancouver 125 – Summer Live Festival in 2011 for the City of Vancouver as a Transportation Management & Security Coordinator.

With her financial background and her new found passion in the events industry, Arlene is the Office Manager for John Donnelly & Associates. She is also a current member of MPI and ISES.
